What do you do for Pitt Tonight?
I am the producer in charge of working with the writing department to develop prefilmed sketches for us to feature in the show and online on our Youtube channel. I also designed and built the set for episode one (which is now no longer in use except for the backdrop), and help out with the technical elements of each live tapings.
Who is your favorite late night personality? Why?
My favorite late night personality would have to be Jimmy Fallon, I think his ability to improv and create amazing characters/impersonations allows him to transcend the typical late night show format.
What is the funniest thing you have seen on Pitt's campus?
I once saw a drunk girl faceplant into the grass off a Safe Rider.
What are your hopes for Pitt Tonight?
I hope that Pitt Tonight will gain recognition not only in the Greater Pittsburgh area but also across the academic sphere of college media programs. It would be great for us to jumpstart a media and production program at Pitt and become a lasting tradition at Pitt. I think the possibility of this becoming a beloved pitt cultural movement is what I'm most proud of though.
Market or Perch?
Since I live up by the Perch, I have to say Market. There just aren't enough options up here to satiate myself.
Antoon's or Sorrento's?
Antoon's when sober and Sorrento's when drunk.
