What do you do for Pitt Tonight?

I'm a writer and social media/marketing liaison. Other than writing jokes I act as a mediator between writing and marketing. I coordinate jokes for Twitter, proof read dank memes that marketing has prepared, and organize/write/edit the weekly Wednesday blog posts.

Who is your favorite late night personality? Why?

My favorite late night hosts are Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert. They were the real comedy dream team. Jon Stewart taught me to care about what is going on in the world and the importance of educating yourself and developing your own opinions. Stephen Colbert taught me the art of parody and, to this day, has the best writing team that continues to deliver witty excellence and a hilarious comedic voice.

What is the funniest thing you have seen on Pitt's campus?

I have seen a few Pittiful News papers around campus and boy oh boy are they hilarious! (See what I mean at pittifulnews.com!!)

What are your hopes for Pitt Tonight?

My hope for Pitt Tonight is that is becomes a place for students who are interested in production, marketing, acting, and writing to hone their skills and become successful. (Also, I hope to replace Jesse as host and make the show a billion times better.)
