Poetry by Tom: Don the Ghost
Of all the Ghosts,
In all the towns,
In most of the northern part of South Dakota,
Don was the scariest.
Don's not out during the day,
Because he rages all night.
He can't fist pump with beers,
So he gets rum and Sprite.
Then he haunts the smokers outside,
Asking, "Can I get a light?"
So when Dakotans sleep, they lock their doors.
Worried at what Don has in store.
They're like, "He pronounces 'noir' like 'nor'"
And, "He reminds me of that guy from Jersey Shore."
