Thanksgiving Haikus
Holidays can be stressful, with plenty of family members asking you what you want to do with your life, or talking about America’s current political climate. Relax and unwind with some haiku poetry!
Turkeys in ovens
Roasting with some hot stuffing
Grandma is racist.
The cranberry sauce
Is left out and goes untouched
Until it’s moldy
Family is here
Bring out the saucy gravy
Don’t talk to me please.
It once had a life
Beautiful and pure turkey
Now it’s on a plate.
It is Thanksgiving
We enslaved natives for this
All thanks to Pilgrims.
